ORDERS

Will I be charged when the order is placed or when it's fulfilled?

We process payments for orders immediately. It's very important that you, as the buyer, understand this and agree to the lead times discussed on each individual product page.

How do I cancel my order?

An order can only be cancelled if it hasn't been fulfilled (shipped) yet. Once it has shipped, it must be handled as a return. Please contact us to understand your specific scenario and be able to better assist you. Don't forget to include your order number: contact us info@habibco.com

PRODUCT : SPEAKER CASES

Will I still have access to my device's controls, buttons and plugs?
Yes and no. For example, the Sonos One case provides access to the previous, play and next buttons along with the sync button on the back. It does not include a cutout for the voice control button or the omnidirectional mics. Please refer to each product description for full details. 

What materials go into making a speaker case?
All of our cases are made using engineered sheet goods and wrapped in real wood veneers. The grills are made out of steel or brass depending on the product selected.  

Will the case affect the sound quality of my speaker?
Our rounded meshed speaker grill design guaranties minimal sound alteration. If you'd like to get more details on how the case might affect your speaker's sound, we encourage you to take a look at our frequency response test comparisons on the product page.

Is there a difference in performance between the different wood options for a single case?
No. There is absolutely no measurable difference between our different product variants. 

Are there any special tools or assembly steps required to start using my case?
There are NO assembly steps or tools required to start using your case. Simply take the case out of the box and slide your speaker inside. It's that easy. 

How do I keep my case looking good?
DON'T wash it with running water or cleaning products. DO clean it periodically with a dry microfiber cloth.

How can I be sure the case will fit my device?

Each product has a detailed description on which devices/generations it's designed for. Refer to the product page and be sure it matches your device. If you're unsure, please contact us before placing an order info@habibco.com. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs otherwise.

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
